Shipping policy

Delivery

We offer a UK-wide delivery. Our shipping methods for the ovens are free (except for the Effeuno and Surriento ovens, pallet shipping to secure the oven is necessary).

Delivery of the OPTIMA PIZZA EXPRESS NAPOLI ovens takes 1 - 2 working days. We are collaborating with Parcel Force, the best delivery company in the UK. 

Delivery of ingredients and accessories can take 2 - 4 working days, but let us know if you need them earlier. We'll do our best to help you.

Delivery of Effeuno and Surriento ovens takes 2 - 7 working days, usually 2 - 5 working days. Again, if you need the ovens faster, let us know. We'll do our best to help you. 

All information above relates to deliveries on Mainland. In case of the delivery to any UK island, the delivery time and cost can be different. We'd like to kindly ask you to contact us before the order. 

The standard delivery time does not include the delivery to Northern Ireland. Usually, the delivery time to Northern Ireland takes 1 to 2 weeks but we cannot guarantee this time and it could be longer.
